Prologue Youth Theatre Company provides high-quality workshops to help young people develop performance skills and nurture creativity.
The company was formed in August 2020 by a team of theatre professionals with a combined 120 years of youth theatre directing experience.

We believe, particularly following the COVID-19 global pandemic, that engagement in the arts creates a valuable sociable experience that is vital for personal growth and artistry.
​As well as attending weekly workshops led by highly skilled and experienced practitioners, all members will have the opportunity to audition for annual productions.
At Prologue we believe that there should be no financial obstacle for accessing the youth theatre and offer a range of bursaries, from a 25% reduction up to a fully funded place.
